Your home sets the tone for your day and Reset Your Space is here to help you start fresh. Let us introduce you to Julie and her amazing business Reset Your Space. Her cleaning services are built to give you back time, clarity, and the comfort of a space that feels balanced and energized.

Julie has always had a natural passion for organized, intentional spaces whether in homes, stores, classrooms, or workplaces. After moving multiple times over the past 17 years, from Quebec to B.C., to Ontario, and finally to Kelowna in 2020, she became even more aware of the importance of carrying only what truly matters. She believes that living with less allows people to thrive, stay grounded, and feel at home wherever they are. Her favourite part of the work is witnessing the shift that unfolds as clients’ spaces transforms, when they begin to see possibilities again and allows them to function and thrive and that transformation is what inspires her every day.
For Julie at Reset Your Space every project begins with a simple questionnaire she developed to help her understand a client’s life, priorities, and goals. Julie states “ Whether they’ve lived in their home for years or have just moved in - or maybe they’re navigating a new baby, separation, downsizing, or blending families - these details help me tailor the process and determine which areas need attention first.” It is just as important as building trust; she always takes time to connect on a personal level before making any changes, ensuring clients feel supported and never judged.

One story that stays with her is that of a full-time working mother who had been overwhelmed for years by the sheer amount of “stuff” piling up in her home, particularly in the kids’ rooms and playroom, where they had to sweep items into piles just to see the floor. After removing lots of the belongings through donations, reselling, and disposal, the family experienced a turning point as the mother recognized how easily constant consumption had taken over their home. This mother was able to feel mentally lighter, more in control. Reset Your Space focuses on helping people discover what truly matters and allowing clarity and freedom that come from letting go.
One of the most common challenges she sees is the difficulty clients have in parting with belongings, even when those items no longer serve a purpose, add joy, or align with the home they envision. Many people hold onto things long after they’ve begun creating stress, simply because letting go can feel overwhelming or emotional.

As Julie states, Reset Your Spaces Motto is “ Helping you gain clarity with home organization and functionality so you can create space in your life for what matters the most.” Her role is not to pressure any client but to guide them. Julie encourages clients to engage in the discussion of “ What are they making room for? What goals, passions, people, or priorities matter most? Once they connect with that deeper reason, it becomes much easier to shift habits and maintain an organized home.” Julie is there to guide her clients to RESET if they are ready.

As the Okanagan expands, she sees meaningful opportunities to support others through helping families create calmer, more functional homes while also promoting a sustainable ecosystem where usable items are donated, repurposed. A believer in minimalistic living, she hopes to inspire a community where “resetting your space” also means reducing waste and building a more resourceful future. Julie at Reset Your Space is truly becoming a known choice around the Okanagan in creating calm, functional spaces that support your lifestyle and well-being. Let’s reset your home, so you can reset your day.
